SESSION 2: 10:15am to 11:00am (45-mins)
Wheel of Wellness exercise
Conversation about Nutrition Fundamentals, assessing current knowledge of nutrition, and teaching on pieces of greatest interest to client.
Your Relationship with Food Exercise
BREAK: 11:00am to 11:15am (15-mins)
Guided Meditation
SESSION 3: 11:15am to 12:00pm (45-mins)
Nutrition content and Relationship with Food exercise.
Conversation about stress, assess current knowledge about stress and its impact on health, and teach on pieces of greatest interest for the client.
Stress Assessment
LUNCH BREAK: 12:00pm to 1:00pm (60-mins)
Afternoon Sessions
SESSION 4: 1:00pm to 2:00pm (60-mins)
Stress content and Stress Assessment exercise.
Hormones & metabolism content, assess current knowledge about hormones and teach on pieces of greatest interest for the client.
List of possible strategies for balancing hormones and choosing the 1-2 strategies we could begin to implement.
BREAK: 2:00pm to 2:15pm (15-mins)
Short Walk Outside
SESSION 5: 2:15pm to 3:00pm (45-mins)
Food & Mood content, explore current knowledge and thoughts about emotional eating, and teach on pieces of greatest interest for the client.
Strategies for managing emotional eating and developing a healthier relationship with food.
BREAK: 3:00pm to 3:15pm (15-mins)
Practice mindful eating with a small piece of chocolate
SESSION 6: 3:15pm to 4:00pm (45-mins)
Conversation about Self Care, explore the client’s current self-care practices and knowledge of the importance of self-care.
Developing a Self-Care Plan
